Liam O'Connor
Liam O'Connor is a specialist in Quality, Lean, Health & Safety, ISO Standards, and Cyber Security. He brings over 35 years of experience developed in highly regulated industries, including more than two decades in senior leadership roles.
He is skilled at helping organisations drive meaningful, sustainable change through strong systems, clear governance, and empowered teams.
Liam is known for his hands-on, practical approach and his strong focus on customer outcomes, cultural improvement, and operational excellence. As a member of an ISO Technical Committee, he also contributes directly to the development and evolution of international standards.
Liam has led and supported organisations ranging from start-ups to multinational manufacturers, delivering improvements across quality, lean, safety, environmental, cybersecurity and business performance disciplines, always with the belief that customer service and compliance are central to everyone's responsibility.
Marion Galvin
Marion's background is unlike that of most people working as HR consultants, and that distinction matters enormously when it comes to the quality and credibility of the work she delivers.
Marion is a former member of An Garda Síochána, where she developed a deep foundation in structured investigation, evidence gathering, procedural fairness, and the importance of impartial decision-making. She was awarded the Garda Commissioner's Award for Outstanding Contribution to Health and Safety in 2012.
Marion has brought that investigative discipline to HR roles at an international level, including with the United Nations. She has since held senior human resources roles in the UK and Ireland and served as Head of Workplace Investigations and Appeals at an Irish HR consultancy.
