Training & Competency

Training is crucial for personal and professional development. It helps individuals acquire new skills and knowledge, improve their performance, and advance in their careers. Additionally, training can enhance team collaboration and productivity, leading to better business outcomes.

Training & Development Systems

As you would expect, we are available to train your personnel and management in all of the disciplines we offer and the systems we design and implement. Better to 'teach a person to fish', as the saying goes.

But, sometimes, the company just needs some help in creating the systems that allow training to be effective. To that end, we offer:

Training Needs Analysis

A training needs analysis is a process of identifying the gap between the current skills and knowledge of employees and the skills and knowledge required to perform their job effectively. It helps organisations to determine the training and development needs of their employees and design training programs that address those needs.

Training  Plan Management

A training plan is a document that outlines the goals, strategies, and methods for achieving a specific set of skills or knowledge. It typically includes a timeline, resources needed, and evaluation criteria to measure progress and success. A well-designed training plan can help individuals or organisations improve performance, increase productivity, and achieve their desired outcomes.

If desired, we can advise on 3rd-level or professional training to achieve qualifications, but at the very least can advise on systems to demonstrate the competency of your personnel with regards to your systems and processes - a 'must have' in current ISO certification.

Training Matrices

A training matrix is a tool used by organisations to identify and track the skills and knowledge required for employees to perform their job functions effectively. It outlines the training courses, certifications, and other learning opportunities that employees need to complete to develop their skills and advance their careers in the company. A well-designed training matrix can help organisations ensure that their employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to meet business objectives and stay competitive in their industry.

Training Record Systems

Training records are a crucial aspect of ISO certification as they demonstrate that employees have received the necessary training to perform their job functions effectively and safely. These records also help companies to identify areas where additional training may be required, ensuring that employees are always up-to-date with the latest industry standards and best practices. By maintaining comprehensive training records, companies can demonstrate their commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
